I hereby release, hold harmless, and indemnify Caring & Sharing, Inc. 
and its officers, employees, and representatives against any and all 
claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable 
attorney’s fees, with respect to any injury to person, regardless of
severity, and/or loss of or damage to property of any type relating 
to or arising out of any activities or occurrences on field trips. 
We understand when participating in Caring & Sharing activities,
the student may be photographed for print, video, website or 
electronic imaging.  We understand the images may be used in
promotional materials, news releases and other public formats for 
Caring & Sharing.  We understand the images will be the 
sole property of Caring & Sharing Inc.
