Caring & Sharing Membership Policies
Photography & Images Release Policy:
Parents/Guardians that allow their respective child/children to become a Member of Caring & Sharing understands that when participating in Caring & Sharing activities, the Member may be photographed for print, video, website or electronic imaging. The Parents/Guardians also understand and agrees that the images may be used in promotional materials, news releases and other public formats for Caring & Sharing, and that the images are the sole property of Caring & Sharing Inc.
Payment & Refund Policy:
a) Membership refunds are proportional – based upon the number of months remaining within the latest six month membership cycle.
b) Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to Caring and Sharing, Inc. via mail address indicated above) or email at info@caringsharinginc.org. Cancellation notices may also be brought to a scheduled meeting by participant.
c) Any refund due will be based upon 30 day calendar cycle. For example, we must receive written notification before the first day of the membership cancellation month in order to receive refund credit for that particular month. If notification is received on or after the first day of the cancellation month, the cancellation and associated refund will be effective starting the following month.
d) Refunds are proportionally based upon the number of months remaining in the membership term, multiplied by ten dollars per month.
e) Refunds will be processed by check within two weeks from the effective cancellation date and mailed to the address provided by the parent.
f) If a member is terminated or expelled from Caring & Sharing for disciplinary or conduct related reasons, a refund will be processed according to section (4) four of this policy. If there are damages, destruction of property or other incidents requiring financial charges or restitution, any available refunds will be subject to those charges. If the available refund does not satisfy the damages or financial charges for such incident, the parents and or legal guardian will be required to settle all financial claims, or the matter will be forwarded to magistrate court for final resolution.
